| For every day the pantry is open, there is an assigned Service Team. Each service team has a designated Team Lead and/or Team Lead assistant/alternate. | ||||||||||||||

| Team Leads are expected to arrive prior to start time of scheduled volunteers and stay until all tasks have been completed and scheduled volunteers are ready to leave. | ||||||||||||||
| Team Leads are in charge of delegating and assigning tasks to their volunteer teams, the scheduled community volunteers, and the scheduled CCV's (court compelled volunteers). | ||||||||||||||
| If shopping with neighbors and/or sorting donations are slow on a particular shift, Team Leads may assign additional cleaning tasks to volunteers as needed. | ||||||||||||||
| If there isn't anything for Volunteers to help with, or if there is an over abundance of volunteers scheduled that day, Team Leads may send volunteers home if necessary. | ||||||||||||||
